Most vehicles follow a simple rhythm. Here's what we service and when.

Brake fluid also gets flushed every 2 years, even if you haven't reached 50,000 miles. It absorbs moisture over time, whatever the mileage.
What does each service do?
- Transmission fluid
- Keeps shifts smooth and protects the transmission from heat and wear.
- Differential fluid
- Differentials are the gears that let your wheels turn at different speeds in a turn. Fresh fluid keeps them cool and quiet.
- Transfer case fluid
- The transfer case sends power to the front wheels on AWD and 4×4 vehicles.
- Brake fluid
- Old brake fluid holds water, which can make the pedal feel soft and corrode brake parts.
- Air filters
- The engine filter keeps dirt out of the engine. The cabin filter cleans the air you breathe inside the car.
- Coolant
- Keeps the engine from overheating in summer and freezing in winter.
- Spark plugs
- Worn plugs mean harder starts and worse fuel economy.

Some vehicles need service sooner, some later, and not every vehicle has every part (only AWD and 4×4 vehicles have a transfer case, for example).
